Early Action November 1 February 1
Early Decision 2 February 1 March 15
Regular Admission February 1 April 10

*If you miss the final deadline, please submit an application as soon as possible to be considered for any remaining funds.

  • If interested, apply to the Elite Academic Opportunities like the Honors College, Business Fellows, Science Research Fellows.
  • College Transcript/dual credit evaluation – If you have already earned college hours, request your current transcript to be sent for evaluation. Spring grades can be sent at a later date.

Next, pay your deposit!

YOU'VE PAID YOUR DEPOSIT! Now what?

It's official: you're a Baylor Bear and your spot is secure. These next steps are crucial to get you enrolled.

  • ASAP: Make sure you’ve done all the checklist items in the Accepted section above.
  • ASAP: Enroll with Baylor’s DUO 2-Factor Authentication platform (required on your student phone). You will not be able to submit your Housing application or view your financial aid information in BearWeb without DUO.
  • ASAP: Check your Baylor email at outlook.office.com using your BearID (example: First_Last2@baylor.edu) to log in. You can also set up your Baylor email to go to your mobile devices.
  • ASAP: Review your financial options at onestop.web.baylor.edu.
  • ASAP: Complete your Health Form in goBAYLOR, and please reach out to Health_Services@baylor.edu with any questions.
  • April: Register for in-person or virtual Orientation and Baylor Line Camp. Visit baylor.edu/welcome for more details.
  • By May 1: Submit all official test scores.
  • By May 1: Submit your Housing Application to participate in Roommate Matching and Choose Your Own Room.
  • By May 27: Submit your Housing Application, if you haven't already — it only takes 5 minutes to complete.
  • May - June: Sign up to register for classes with an Advisor. (The invitation to schedule an appointment will be sent to your Baylor email.) Virtual advising appointments will occur from May 31 through July 15. You must schedule a virtual advising appointment by June 15, and you must be registered for classes by July 15.
    • Required before registering for classes with your advisor:
      • Submit college transcript/dual credit work (if applicable).
      • Submit the New Student Advising Questionnaire (available in goBAYLOR)
    • Recommended before registering for classes with your advisor:
      • Testing requirements for: Math ALEKS, Chemistry ALEKS, English Placement Survey and/or foreign language assessments. If you ARE required, you should start early as it might take multiple attempts to achieve a qualifying score. (check goBAYLOR to see if this is required of you)
      • Complete the required Foundations online modules. This will take 1-2 hours to complete.
  • By June 1: Submit your proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination in goBAYLOR (Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing). Please ensure your Baylor ID number is listed on your documentation. Visit baylor.edu/healthservices to access FAQs about the meningitis vaccine and ways to opt out. Many students choose to do their health form at the same time as the Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination, but it is not required to submit them simultaneously. You will not be able to move into your residence hall or attend classes if you do not submit this documentation.
  • June - July: Immediately after registering for classes, ensure that you complete your New Student Orientation Checklist.
  • By July 15 or immediately after graduation: Submit your final high school transcript. Request a final transcript to be sent to Undergraduate Admissions with graduation date included. Electronic transcripts are processed faster - in 3-5 days versus 2-3 weeks for paper transcripts. Final deadline: July 15. If you do not meet this deadline, financial aid cannot be disbursed.
  • By July 31:You should do the following steps by July 31 to successfully enroll this fall. (An electronic billing notification with more details will be sent to your Baylor email address in late June.)
    • View and pay your bill - pay in full or enroll in a payment plan. If you have questions about payment, contact Baylor One Stop at baylor.edu/sfs/contact.
  • By August: Prepare for Move-In Day at baylor.edu/move2bu and check out the recommended equipment list.

These deadlines are important, and there could be consequences if you do not meet them.

If you have a green check in goBAYLOR, then you're good to go and you don't need to take any further action on that checklist item. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to admissions@baylor.edu.
