    Non-Degree Seeking Students

A non-degree seeking student is one who desires to enroll in classes at Baylor but does not intend to pursue a degree from Baylor. Students may desire to take classes for personal enrichment or one of the following reasons:

      1. Exchange

An exchange student is one who is pursuing a degree at another school and will be participating in one of Baylor's exchange programs. These students apply for admission with the help of the exchange program director. Questions may be directed to International Student and Scholars Services at ISSS_Support@baylor.edu.

      2. Study Abroad

Students desiring to participate in one of Baylor's study abroad programs but are pursuing a degree at another college or university may apply as a non-degree seeking student. Students should submit an application for admission via goBAYLOR and write the name of the study abroad program they plan to participate in. Questions may be directed to Study Abroad at Study_Abroad_Interest@baylor.edu.

      3. Visiting Students

On the application, select Non-Degree Seeking/Visiting as your student type. There is no need to select an intended program or major.
      • After being accepted, submit a Health Form with documentation of bacterial meningitis vaccination and review the Registration Checklist. No enrollment deposit is required.

Please note the application deadlines below. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a space-available basis.

      4. Accelerate

Baylor University's Accelerate Pre-College Program gives high school students the opportunity to begin their academic pursuits and get ahead on core course requirements that will apply to a range of Baylor degrees, but are also transferable to other universities. This is a unique opportunity to get a jump start that will prepare students for college-level rigor. Learn more about Accelerate. Questions may be directed to accelerate@baylor.edu.

      Degree Seeking Students

        1. International Advanced College Credit Pathway Students

This program gives international students a great start in preparing for college. Baylor University partners with IPERC, which oversees the development and administration of the program abroad. Learn more about the ACCP at iperc.org/accp.

        2. Post-Baccalaureate Students
