Favorite Thing About Baylor: My favorite thing about Baylor is all of our wonderful traditions. Baylor was founded in 1845, which means we have longstanding traditions that envelop the entire Baylor family. The Baylor Line is probably my favorite tradition! Watching the incoming freshmen and transfer class run the line each fall, representing them joining the Baylor family, is so special!

Favorite Place in Waco: Cameron Park! It is a great piece of green space in Waco. There are so many outdoor activities you can do, like hiking, biking, kayaking, and enjoying the zoo.

What Inspires Me: I’m inspired by caring for others. Everyone will need help now and then, and it is beautiful when a group of people can come together to accomplish a goal!

Favorite Hobbies: My favorite hobbies include reading, crafting, drinking coffee, and shopping! I am a Texas high school football coach's wife, so on Fridays in the fall, you can probably find me at a football stadium cheering on our team with my coach's kid! I also love College football, specifically the Baylor Bears, so on Saturdays in the fall, you can probably find me at McLane Stadium if they are playing in Waco, or watching the game on TV if they are away!

Fun Facts About Me: I was introduced to Higher Education as a career path by working as a Recruitment Ambassador at Baylor during my undergraduate years, and I have loved it ever since! I am an only child, but I have a large family. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. My husband and I became first-time parents to a little boy in 2026. We have two dogs, named Ginger and Bear.
