Favorite Thing About Baylor: I love the community culture of Baylor. As someone who is not originally from the area, I love to see what a huge impact Baylor has on the Waco community. Every single person I’ve interacted with in the many years I’ve lived here has some type of connection to Baylor which helps to create a sense of belonging that is so unique here.

Favorite Place in Waco: I have too many favorite places! For the views, I love going to Lover's Leap in Cameron Park. For great food, I enjoy Revival Eastside Eatery and T.B. Mexicali. And for a good cup of coffee, I like Common Grounds!

What Inspires Me: Learning about new things and new people is always an inspiration to me. I love to hear other people’s stories and experiences and taking the time to understand what makes everyone so unique. Celebrating diversity is so special to me and gaining knowledge about people who are different than me is such an amazing thing.

Favorite Hobbies: I love spending time with my family, being outside, reading, and having moving night with my daughters.

Fun Facts About Me: I know how to play the flute and the tube and once caught a calf in the Houston Rodeo Calf Scramble.

My Advice to You: Take it one day at a time. It’s easy to get overwhelmed in this process. You’re making a lot of big decisions for your future and it’s okay to not know all the answers right now! You are exactly where you are meant to be and there are so many people to help you each step of the way.
