Spring Next Steps after Acceptance
Print this and check off your list! goBAYLOR has all the details, but this is a great starting point.
YOU'RE ACCEPTED! Now what?
- File the FAFSA and CSS Profile (required for need-based aid).
- October 1 – Applications become available during your senior year.
- ASAP – Submit your applications if you are interested in financial aid, and you will be reviewed for eligibility on funds that are available.
- If interested, apply to Elite Academic Opportunities, like the Honors College, Business Fellows or Science Research Fellows.
- View your transfer credits in goBAYLOR under the "Application" tab.
If you are entering Baylor in Spring or Summer 2026, you will need to complete the CSS Profile for financial aid consideration. For everyone else, starting with our Fall 2027 class, there's a new option: international students who are not eligible for FAFSA may still qualify for institutional financial aid through the Baylor International Financial Aid Application (BIFAA).
Applications open October 1. Submit by November 1 for priority consideration, with a final deadline of February 1, so applying early gives you the best chance at funding. It only takes a few minutes, and it could make a real difference in how you pay for Baylor. Find it on your Financial Aid tab in goBAYLOR and get started!
Next, pay your deposit!
