Education Concentration for Health Science Studies Majors
The Education Concentration for Health Science Studies Majors is a minor that leads to a secondary grade level certification (grades 7-12). This minor requires students to complete 38 hours of study including 27 hours of upper-level courses. This program is for students who want to teach Health Science at the Secondary Level, but want to major in Health Science Studies instead of Secondary Education.
Required courses for this minor include Science Curriculum, Secondary Science Practicum and a Teaching Internship, among others.
