Communication Specialist

The Communication Specialist major is a combination of studies in digital media and speech communication. This program of study blends a leadership/management/organizational communication focus with the development of expertise in digital media production. This major is appropriate for students with a wide array of career aspirations but is most appropriate for those intending to take advantage of communication expertise in a corporate career track. Courses available include:

• Interviewing
• Public Speaking
• Film and Digital Media
• Small Group Communication

Unique opportunities for Communication students include Lambda Pi Eta, the communication studies honor society as well as study abroad options, including Baylor in London and Baylor in New York.
